St. Cloud drivers can expect minor delays near the campus of St. Cloud State University beginning Tuesday.

The City Engineer’s Office announced that crews will begin a mill and overlay project on 9th Avenue South from 4th Street South to about 200 feet south of 22nd Street South.

Lanes will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Flaggers will be out to direct traffic. The project is expected to be completed by mid-October.
