A 21-year-old man was arrested Thursday morning on charges of felony criminal damage to property.

St. Cloud Police Commander Jeff Oxton says officers received reports of cars being vandalized in the 1900 and 2900 block of Quarry Road Sunday morning. Their investigation shows two individuals damaged several cars and broke their windows with an object like a sledgehammer. Officers were able to locate the owners of the cars and document the damage.

Police didn’t find any evidence at the scene, but reviewed the video cameras from the exterior side of the buildings. One of the St. Cloud Police Sergeants recognized Noah James Farrell of St. Cloud as one of the suspects in the video. Officers questioned Farrell about the incident. Farrell admitted to the vandalism and said he was intoxicated at the time he damaged the cars.
