Aldi in Waite Park is giving away golden tickets, free samples and a chance to win a year’s supply of produce at its grand reopening Wednesday.

The low-price grocery store recently remodeled its Waite Park location at 256 2nd Street South. The new look includes wider aisles, more registers and more space for exclusive Aldi products and organic produce.

To celebrate the reopening, Aldi is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at 9 a.m. The first 100 shoppers will receive a golden ticket with surprise gift certificates, and all customers are invited to tour the store, sample exclusive brand products and enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a year’s supply of Aldi produce.

The Waite Park Aldi will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
