UPDATE

The service dog that reported missing early Monday morning has been located safe a few blocks away from its home. St. Cloud Police say Opie, an emotional support service dog, was found around midnight Monday night in the backyard of a home about two blocks from his home.

He was still tethered to a lawn chair by his leash. Police say Opie is okay, but a little shaken up from being away from his owner.
