Reduce, reuse and recycle is not only a phrase for St. Cloud State University but a way of operating. The university received a grant from Keep America Beautiful and The Coca-Cola Foundation to help better control waste and recycling on campus.

SCSU was awarded 40 recycling bins for its sports facilities. Colleges were chosen to receive funding based on recycling experience need and their ability to sustain the program.

KAB and Coca-Cola awarded over 80 grants throughout the country. The goal of the program is to make recycling more convenient.
