Officers responded to a reported robbery on the north side of St. Cloud last Thursday, the details are just being released now.

St. Cloud Police Lieutenant Jeff Oxton says the report came from the 10th block of Wilson Avenue Northeast just after 6:30 p.m. The suspect left the scene before officer’s arrived, which led them to set a perimeter and use a K-9 track that was not successful.

The investigation shows a suspect, possibly a woman, entered A store and approached the counter demanding money. The suspect claimed to have a gun in their pocket, but Oxton says no gun was shown and the suspect fled the store when the clerk refused to hand over money.

The suspect is identified as five feet and six inches tall, between 18 and 30 years old, a thin build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with an orange “New Flyer” logo. The suspect was also wearing a baseball type cap under the hood and long gold colored acrylic fingernails.
