A 20-year-old St. Cloud man is facing charges of 3rd degree possession after the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force searched a home on the south side May 8th.

The Task Force says undercover investigators purchased controlled substances from people living at 613 9th Avenue South two separate times which led to a search warrant. During the search, 20-year-old Tyler Kubesh was arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail. The Task Force identified another person as 21-year-old Everett Keller who was not present at the time.

Investigators discovered several items related to the sale of controlled substances and controlled substances like marijuana, marijuana wax, cocaine and different types of prescription pills. Keller is facing charges of 2nd degree sales of controlled substances and Kubesh is pending charges of 3rd degree possession.

The Task Force adds further investigation might lead to additional charges for the arrested men.
