Just after 9 a.m. Monday morning St. Cloud police were called to the 500 block of 7th Avenue South in connection to a burglary.

Officers learned the 23-year-old man living in the house saw an unknown man exiting his home with a long board skateboard and a set of car keys. The witness claims he saw the man attempt to use the keys to get into a car parked in front of the house. Police canvased the area and the 15-year-old male suspect was found with the stolen items on him as well as a dangerous weapon similar to brass knuckles.

The suspect was taken to Stearns County Jail and is to be placed in a juvenile detention center. He is pending charges of 1st degree burglary, tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of a dangerous weapon.
