A Buffalo man was arrested for 2nd Degree Assault and Disorderly Conduct after swinging a baseball bat towards another man Monday night.
The Waite Park Police Department says officers responded to a call of two men arguing at 815 1st Street South just before 10 p.m. One man, 25-year-old Mark Timothy Curboy of Buffalo, was seen holding a baseball bat. Curboy swung the bat at a vehicle passing by him in the parking lot then followed the victim into the lobby. He swung the bat again at the victim but did not make contact.
The police department adds Curboy was found in his motel room, arrested and taken to Stearns County Jail.
