Archived: SCSU Public Safety Issues Campus Advisory Regarding Fraudulent Calls
The Public Safety Department at St. Cloud State University has issued a campus wide advisory after the school received a number of complaints.
The advisory warns that a man has been calling people on campus attempting to get someone to approve a shipment of toner ink for printers.
Public Safety warns that these calls are fraudulent in nature and that St. Cloud State receives its toner supply from a local vendor only.
