Motorists who drive through 5th Avenue North in St. Cloud on their daily commute should expect delays beginning Monday, April 13th.

 

The City Engineer’s Office says that 5th Avenue North from West St. Germain Street to 1st Street North will be closed until further notice.

 

The closure is for parking ramp construction and utility work in the area. Detours will be posted.
