Archived: Woman Hospitalized After Broadside Accident On Highway 10 Near Big Lake
Two women were involved in an accident on Highway 10 near Phyllis Street in Big Lake Wednesday evening that sent one to the hospital by ambulance.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the accident occurred when 42-year-old Samantha Wilson of Becker was driving westbound on Highway 10. At the same time 21-year-old Kailee Kuznia of Big Lake was traveling Eastbound on Highway 10 and attempted to make a turn onto northbound Phyllis Street.
Kuznia failed to yield and was broadsided by Wilson. Kuznia was taken to the hospital by ambulance for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
