An Award-wining New York artist and musician is visiting St. Cloud State University’s Integrated Science and Engineering Laboratory facility on Wednesday.

A news release says Tristan Perich is a digital media artist who is very passionate about the simplicity of math, physics and code. He will install and show his visual art tomorrow at 6 p.m. at the ISELF. Designed and built by Perich, the machine uses a pen to draw a pattern on a wall over a certain period of time. He says the machine is programmed by codes which control the motion of pen and produces a picture.

The presentation is part of the 2014-15 Creative Art Series and will continue till May 15.
