A Grove City man was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital after a rollover crash on Saturday night.

Stearns County Sheriff John Sanner says deputies were called to County Road 8 in Main Prairie Township in connection with a rollover accident at 8:00 p.m. Their  investigation found that 27-year-old Oliver Samuel Johnson lost the control of his pick-up truck and left the road striking several mailboxes. After rolling his truck, it crashed in a tree.

Sanner says Johnson crawled out of his truck and was taken to the hospital for the treatment of minor injuries. He says alcohol is believed to be the probable cause of the accident.

The Kimball Fire and Rescue assisted the Sheriff’s Office along with Watkins Ambulance.
