A man from Waite Park was cited Monday after getting involved in a car crash on 44th Ave. North in St. Cloud.

 

Sergeant Jason Burke says the accident occurred when 26-year-old Bishar Dakane of Waite Park was traveling Northbound on 44th Avenue North when he turned in front of a car that was traveling Southbound on 44th Avenue North causing a collision with 46-year-old Judith Miller from St. Cloud.

 

Dakane was cited for failing to yield and an instructional permit violation. Both drivers were taken by ambulance to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
