On Wednesday February 17, St. Cloud State University’s Women Center organized a workshop designed to give college women the confidence and skills they need to earn fair compensation. News director, Mohammad Najafian, has this AUDIO STORY.

Participants learned how prepare themselves to negotiate their wages and benefits for specific job titles. They also understood how to involve and collaborate across campus on this dynamic program.
