St. Cloud State University will hold an event on MNsure Lab on Tuesday, February 3rd at Centennial Hall 351.

Those who like to apply for an insurance coverage are required to bring the following items:

•Driver’s license or government issued ID

•Date of Birth and social security number of all family members applying for coverage

•Immigration documentation, if applicable (green card, visa, etc.)

•Income verification for you and anyone else in your household applying for coverage (pay stubs, ledgers, expenses, tax returns)

•Student ID

The event starts at 3:00 and finishes at 6:00 p.m.
