Archived: SCSU Named A Finalist In The STANLEY Security Grant Program

St. Cloud State University is looking to make it more secure on campus after being named a finalist in STANLEY Security’s “Together for Safer Schools” grant program.
 
STANLEY Security awards the top two schools with the most votes in each of three size categories. St. Cloud State is in category 2 and has a chance to receive a $150,000 grant with first place or a $50,000 with second place.
 
Assistant Vic President for Safety and Risk Management at St. Cloud State, Jesse Cashman says if awarded the grant the school could immediately address critical pieces of equipment and technology needed to provide a safer environment for students, employees and visitors.
 
Voting is open from now until February 13th and there are three ways to vote:
