Archived: Metro Bus To Adjust Call Center Hours Sunday
Metro Bus will be adjusting its Dial-a-Ride call center hours to end earlier beginning this Sunday.
The hours in which Dial-a-Ride customers will now be able to schedule and cancel rides is from 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Metro Bus Managing Director of Operations and Planning, Tom Cruikshank says “ending the calls earlier will give us more time to adjust the next day’s schedule to be more efficient.”
Cruikshank adds “The more efficient we are, the more people we can serve.” The call center hour changes go in effect this Sunday, December 7th.
