Stearns County will hold a forfeited property auction next Wednesday at the Stearns County Service Center.

Stearns County Auditor-Treasurer Randy Shcreifels says three properties will be available for purchase at the auction. Two of the properties are residential, one is a residential vacant lot in St. Cloud and the other is a residence in Eden Valley. The last property is a home/business in Sauk Centre.

The properties were forfeited to Stearns County for non-payment of property taxes.

The auction will take place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 10th at the Stearns County Service Center in Waite Park, one block west of Mills Fleet Farm off 28th Avenue.
