A Level Three predatory offender is being released from Rush City Correctional Facility and has plans to move to the Southside of St. Cloud next week.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says Demetris Leonardo Duncan will move to the 800 block of 14th Avenue South as of December 11th. According to his criminal history, Duncan raped an adult woman after breaking into her house and threatening her with a knife in 1975.

The St. Cloud Police Department and Minnesota Department of Corrections will have a community notification meeting in the City Council chambers on Wednesday, December 10th at 6:00 p.m. to inform all the community members of Duncan’s release and expected move to St. Cloud.

Burke adds Duncan has served his sentence and is not wanted by the police.
