St. Cloud State University Professor Christopher Lehman will hold a discussion Thursday about his new book.

Lehman, a professor of Ethnic Studies, published his book “Power, Politics and the Decline of the Civil Rights Movement” in July to argue that government sabotage weakened efforts of the five major African American organizations.

At the discussion, Lehman will highlight the topics of his writing and hold a conversation with people who read the book.

The book talk takes place Thursday at the James W. Miller Learning Resource Center on the SCSU campus. Lehman will begin speaking at 11 a.m.
