The City of St. Cloud is declaring a snow emergency effective 12:01 Tuesday morning.

Winter Parking regulations will be enforced and towing of illegally parked vehicles will begin immediately at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday.

The City of St. Cloud says the snow emergency will be in effect for 72-hours unless a change is made.
