Two people were airlifted to the St. Cloud Hospital after losing control of their vehicle Friday evening.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 31-year-old Ricky Wolf of New London and his passenger, 48-year-old Kathleen Huiras-Weber of Spicer, were traveling on Highway 9 when they lost control of their car, went off the road and struck a tree. Both Wolf and Weber were seriously injured and were airlifted to the St. Cloud Hospital.

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating the incident.
