International student enrollment at St. Cloud State University this fall has seen an increase of over 8 percent compared to the last two years.

SCSU has tallied 1,147 international students from over 91 nations attending fall semester of 2014. Of the 1,147 students, 654 are undergraduates, 287 are graduate students, 167 are non-degree students and nine are pursuing doctoral degrees.

The Institute of International Education in New York City says St. Cloud State’s international student enrollment numbers are ranked is nationally among master’s granting institutions.
