St. Cloud State University faculty members are unhappy with Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system’s Chancellor Steven Rosenstone.

SCSU is the second faculty union in the system to vote no-confidence in Rosenstone. Winona State University Faculty Senate passed a similar vote just over a week ago.

The vote came shortly after two faculty unions withdrew participation in Rosenstone’s plan to overhaul system operations. The plan is titled Charting the Future, according to MnSCU’s website, which calls for SCSU to collaborate with St. Cloud Technical and Community College to improve student success, even at some financial cost to the university.
