The St. Cloud City Engineer’s Office has announced an interchange construction project will be finished just in time for rush hour traffic on Friday.

The Highway 15/33rd Street South Interchange will be open to traffic starting on Halloween. The multimillion dollar interchange upgrade project has been under construction since May.
