Archived: Southside Drive-By Shooting Suspect Arrested In Sartell
A drive-by shooting took place Tuesday afternoon in a Southside neighborhood, near the Boys and Girls Club of St. Cloud.

Almost a year ago Malcom Cooper was involved in a fight with a juvenile where he brandished a knife and was arrested on second degree assault charges.
