A level three sex offender being released from prison is scheduled to move into a north side St. Cloud neighborhood by the end of the month.

25-year-old Devito Lydon Lenow plans to move to the 1400 block of 10th Avenue North of St. Cloud when he is released from the St. Cloud prison on September 29th.

Lenow’s criminal background includes indecent exposure and criminal sexual conduct with minor victim’s ages 7 to 17.

Lenow’s planned residence is less than a mile away from the charter school, Stride Academy.

According to State law, the Parole Commissioner determines if and where a level two or three sex offender may reside within 1,500 feet of school zones.
