Five excess right-of-way properties will be up for auction Thursday, September 18.

The Stearns County Highway Department says two of the properties are in St Cloud and have homes. There two other properties are in St. Joseph, one is an office building and the other is a former Park and Ride. The fifth property which will be sold through an online auction is a wetland in Big Stone County.

The four local properties will be sold by auction happening in two hour intervals on the property site.

Business will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will go throughout the day.
