St. Cloud State University’s Mainstreet event was officially cancelled at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday due to weather.

Campus clubs filled the Atwood Mall this morning, but were forced to abandon their stations when rain and thunder caused problems outdoors.

Assistant Director of Student Organizations, Meghan Dingmann, says Mainstreet has a rain date scheduled for Wednesday, September 10th.

Dingmann thanks event participants for their patience.

UPDATE: The re-scheduled time of Mainstreet remains the same 10 am to 3 pm on September 10.
