CHS Incorporated will be hosting an open house Wednesday at their newly expanded propane terminal in Rockville.

The terminal, located at 10073 County Road 138, will now be able to store 620,000 gallons of propane with the ability of loading six trucks per hour and unloading 10 rail cars every 4.5 hours.

The newly expanded facility will help CHS supply propane to customers affected by the reversal of the Cochin pipeline and will be operated by Wenner Gas Company of Cold Spring.

The open house will take place on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. with a lunch, ribbon cutting ceremony and a terminal tour.
