Drivers commuting from Cold Spring should be aware that a section of eastbound Highway 23 will be reduced to one lane Monday.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says Highway 23 between 2nd Avenue South and Chapel Street will close while crews repair drains beneath the roadway.

The road is expected to open Thursday at 6 a.m.
