Drivers will experience delays on 10th Avenue North Thursday as driving is reduced to one lane.

The St. Cloud City Engineer’s Office says the section between St. Germain Street and 1st Street North will close due to construction on an adjacent building.

Closures will begin at 9 a.m. and last until 3 p.m.
