Two cars were involved in a rear end accident on Interstate 94 in Wright County Monday around 7 p.m.

Minnesota State Patrol says 64-year-old Allan Fraser of Simcoe, Ontario, was going westbound on I-94 near milepost 191 when he rear ended the car in front of him.

44-year-old Mark McClamant of Albany was driving ahead of Fraser and was hit on his left end.

The State Patrol adds that Fraser swerved at speeds of 70 mph to avoid a crash, but was unsuccessful in his attempts.

Both drivers suffered non-life threatening injuries.
