Traffic is slowing down in Sauk Rapids as roads will be reduced to one-lane driving on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says one-lane traffic will take place near Benton County Road 3 and Golden Spike Road along Highway 10 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

MnDOT adds that closures are happening so construction crews can continue work on the County Road 3 Bridge.

Current construction is part of a larger project, led by Benton County, to improve more roadways along Highway 10.
