Two people are being held in the Benton County Jail on burglary charges after they allegedly stole a TV.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says officers responded to a burglary in progress call around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Police say 23-year-old Allyson Elaine Green and 31-year-old Chad Arthur Hagen had entered through a window in the 1200 block of St. Germain Street East and stole a 55-inch TV.

Police arrested Green and Hagen in the 300 block of 12th Avenue North and recovered the stolen TV.

Green and Hagen are being charged with 2nd degree burglary and are currently awaiting a court date.
