Award-Winning composer and St. Cloud State University Music Professor Dr. Scott Miller will lecture at the Academy of Music and Theatre in Tallinn, Estonia next school year.

Dr. Miller will present on electroacoustic composition, with a focus on real-time electronics and improvisation.

He received a scholarship from the Fulbright program which enables teachers to lecture at different schools all over the world. The SCSU music professor will be one of 1,100 U.S. scholars that will travel abroad for the next school year.

Having performed in North America and Europe, Miller will have two of his latest compositions be showcased at the New York City Electronic Music Festival in June. 

On June 4,“Contents May Differ” will feature bass clarinetist Pat O’Keefe and “Every Problem is a Nail” will feature pianist Keith Kirchoff on June 7.
