Over a hundred retailers and exhibitors will be participating in this weekend’s Minneapolis Comic Con at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

More than fifty celebrities including William Shatner, Matt Smith, Lou Ferrigno and Sean Astin will be offering fans photo ops and autographs throughout the three day event.

The event will feature the best in pop culture including movies, video games, Anime, and more.

The show hours will start Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., continue Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and end on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Also to note, Granite City Comics in downtown St. Cloud will be celebrating Free Comic Book Day by giving away four free comic books per person. The event will start Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and last until 6:00 p.m.

The Midwest Comic Book Association is sponsoring this event by giving away over four million comic books.
