A man is currently facing charges of 5th degree criminal sexual conduct and disorderly conduct after an incident at the Central Minnesota Mental Health Detox Facility Wednesday afternoon.

St. Cloud police Sergeant Jason Burke says 29-year-old Cyrus G. Hyneh was allegedly touching people inappropriately and threatening to cause damage to the facility.

Hyneh is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail.
