A St. Cloud man was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Room Tuesday afternoon for non-life threatening injuries after his vehicle crashed into an apartment building in the 4000 block of Clearwater Road.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says the driver of the vehicle, 28-year-old Kyle James Perkerwicz of St. Cloud, had a possible medical situation that was a contributing factor to the accident.

No one in the apartment was hurt and no criminal charges are pending from the incident.
