Archived: A Special Evening with Keri Noble and Collective Unconscious
A piano-driven singer and songwriter and a transplant from Detroit to Minneapolis, Keri Noble is coming to the Historic Pioneer Place on Fifth Theatre on Wednesday, December 2, at 7:30 p.m. for Granite City Radio Theatre. The all ages show tickets are available online here.
After growing up in an environment where secular music was not readily available, Noble was inspired, like so many, by Joni Mitchell’s historic album Blue, to find her own voice in songwriting. Keri gained the attention of the world-famous producer, Arif Mardin, and a recording deal with EMI/Manhattan Records soon followed.
Her latest album "Softer Place to Land" was released November of 2013.
Join us for a night filled with radio drama, including a new episode of Shades Brigade, the delectable music of Collective Unconscious, comedy sketches to tickle your central Minnesota funny bone…and the return of the live trivia challenge with Dan Barth!
This episode of Granite City Radio Theatre brought to you by KVSC 88.1FM and is funded by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Legacy grant and KVSC.
We hope to see you in the audience for a fantastic show!
