One man is recovering after his motorcycle left the roadway near Albany Wednesday evening.

Stearns County Sheriff John Sanner says 23-year-old Tyler Hopper of Albany was traveling southbound on County Road 156 near 330th Street in Albany Township at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday evening when he had failed to complete a curve and drove off the roadway.

Hopper was said to have been in chest high water for a few minutes.

A passerby reported the accident to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office.

Hopper was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
