Archived: Author Margaret Atwood Visiting St. Cloud State University November 19
Award-winning author Margaret Atwood will be at St. Cloud State University to give a presentation in November.
Atwood will give a public lecture followed by a book signing in the Ritsche Auditorium. She has published fifteen novels as well as many collections of short stories and poems. Her novel Oryx and Crake is this year’s book in the Common Reading Program at SCSU, and is the first in her MaddAddam trilogy, which is being adapted for HBO.
Atwood is on a tour for her latest book The Heart Goes Last.
The event will be Thursday, November 19th at 7 p.m. but tickets for the public have sold out. Attendees can buy her books outside of Ritsche Auditorium before and after the event.
