The Minnesota National Guard will host the 15th Biennial Open House at Camp Ripley Monday.

Chief of Visitors Bureau Don Warner says this year’s theme is “One Team” which supports the inter-agency cooperation with state and local emergency responders. The open house is organized every other year featuring the equipment used in the guard. It also pays tribute to the accomplishments made by military servicemen and women.

Warner adds there will be many military combat and support vehicles on display this year. Members of the guard and inter-agency partners will exhibit the newest and most advanced vehicles and weaponry used to protect the security of the United States in the country and abroad.

Information booths, tours, food and other activities will be available to the public and visitors. The event starts at 10 a.m. Monday at Camp Ripley.
