Archived: Citizens Can Communicate With The City Of Sartell Via New Online App

The City of Sartell is announcing a new means of communication with citizens.

Planning and Community Development Director, Anita Rasmussen, says Sartell has partnered with a company that developed a Web and Mobile Citizen Reporting Platform. Rasmussen adds the partnership allows citizens to report quality-of-life issues and request city services through online and mobile applications.

Powered by SeeClickFix, the new program allows residents to send neighborhood concerns and improvements such as flooding, damaged sidewalks, zoning issues and malfunctioning traffic signals to the city. Individuals can submit their requests, suggestions, comments and complaints through the Sartell website, mobile apps such as Facebook and SeeClickFix.com.
