Archived: College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University Hosting 17th Annual Festival of Cultures
Next weekend the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University will host the 17th annual Festival of Cultures that will see 31 cultures represented at 33 unique booths.
The Festival of Cultures is designed to recognize and celebrate the diversity at both the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. The event features student performances, cultural displays, food sampling, and even a fashion show.
The event takes place Saturday, November 8 beginning at 5 p.m. at the Haehn Campus Center at the College of Saint Benedict. The event is free and open to the public.
This year, 31 cultures will be represented at 33 booths including, Belize, Chile, China, Ethiopia, Japan and Vietnam.
