The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office has released information regarding the relocation of a Level 3 Predatory Offender.

Stearns County Sheriff John Sanner says 73-year-old Cyrus Eby Kulp will be moving into the Raymond Township in Stearns County on August 26.

Kulp is not wanted by police and has served his sentence imposed by the courts. Kulp has a history of engaging in sexual contact with girls between the ages of 4 and 7.

Sheriff Sanner says a community notification meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 25 at 6 p.m. in the Padua Pub Reception Hall in Padua. The meeting will be an informational meeting on public safety including speakers from the Department of Corrections and the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office.
