Drivers should expect delays in both directions near County Road 4 and Watab Road as lanes will be reduced to a single lane during non-rush hours beginning Tuesday. 

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says crews will construct temporary crossover lanes as part of the Highway 10/Highway 15 reconstruction project.

When the project is completed next year, it will reconstruct all alones of Highway 15 between Benton Drive and Highway 10, and resurface or reconstruct Highway 10 between East St. Germain Street and Watab Road.

MnDOT adds that the closure will be completed by September 22.
