A crash involving a semi on Highway 7 just outside Prinsburg, MN has left a Redwood Falls man in serious condition and killed a woman from Renwood early Sunday morning.

 

The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash occurred on Highway 7 at 135th St. when 35-year-old Walt Palma of Redwood Falls was travelling eastbound in a Freightliner Semi Tractor while at the same time 47-year-old Lisa Sunvold was heading southbound on County Road 7 in a Buick.

 

The vehicles collided broadside at the intersection.  Palma was airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital with serious injuries while Sunvold was deceased at the scene of the accident.
